Investigating the role of rating in primary teachers' job satisfaction
The ranking of teachers, according to the announcement of education officials, is a process that is carried out in order to improve the grade of teachers and increase the quality of education provided in schools; This rating system will be pleasant for some teachers and unpleasant for some, as a result, dissatisfied teachers will leave the school or office and resign. But satisfied people are less absent from work and follow their work regularly and accurately. Satisfied employees enjoy better health and live longer; Unhappy people are prone to all kinds of diseases from headaches to heart diseases, a satisfied teacher brings happiness from school to home and society; Therefore, we can defend this phenomenon by considering the social responsibilities that will be given to the society in the shadow of job satisfaction. The current research method is descriptive. And it is fundamental in terms of purpose, it has been compiled using authentic scientific books and articles. In this research, the role of rating in primary teachers' job satisfaction was investigated and we found that there is a significant relationship between teachers' ratings and job satisfaction.
