Transformational strategies in prophetic cultural management with emphasis on the Quranic thought of Imam Khamenei

One of the sciences related to human behavior is management, and cultural management has priority and importance in terms of its relationship with religious, moral and civilizational parts. In order to achieve a comprehensive map and model of cultural management, in addition to examining the indicators, dimensions, obstacles and damages, it is necessary to identify and apply transformative solutions in cultural management, as well as the transformative solutions of prophetic cultural management due to the superiority of this model over other models. And it will have double value; Therefore, the present article was looking for transformative solutions in prophetic cultural management from the perspective of the Holy Quran, emphasizing the Quranic thoughts of Imam Khamenei, which was carried out with the meta-composite research method, which is one of the types of meta-study methods. It has been tried to extract solutions by studying related articles, books of interpretation and history and presenting and comparing it with the Quranic thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei. The most important findings of this research are: thought formation, humanization, moral orientation, government formation, creation of space and creation of cultural and spiritual atmosphere, creation of a single nation, which by applying these solutions, we can draw an important step for the elevation of civilization and Islamic government of dear Iran and other governments and rulers of Islamic societies. to be And if this goal is achieved, it can be the origin and source of inspiration and modeling for other human societies.
