Comparative analysis of the rights of migrant workers in the field of international law with an emphasis on financial and social rights
Migration of workers has existed since ancient times in various individual and collective forms. Conditions such as wars and huge crises, lack of labor supply in one region and the need for demand in other regions, etc., have intensified migration on a large scale. A wide range have appeared in the era. The countries of origin, transit and destination of migrant workers have duties towards them that they are obliged to comply with. Meanwhile, the destination countries that are the residences of migrant workers have more responsibilities, and failure to comply with those duties can become the basis of their international responsibility. Therefore, in this research, the focus is on economic and social rights and migrant workers. The findings of the research show that countries are committed to treat migrant workers in such a way that these people do not have less rights, benefits and opportunities compared to the workers of that country, and among migrant workers there is no Discrimination on the basis of nationality, race, religion, gender is not allowed. To write this article, according to its nature, library and analytical-descriptive methods have been used.
