Abstract:

The current study was conducted with the aim of finding out the role of job insecurity on job conflict and safety compliance among the fire department employees of Mohammadiyeh city and Mehrgan urban area. The research method used is a descriptive survey type and in terms of the purpose of an applied research and to collect information in this research, the results and materials of library and internet research and also to collect data, a questionnaire was used as the main tool. Standard questionnaires are used to collect information. The statistical population of this research includes the fire department employees of Mohammadiye city and Mehrgan city district, the number of operational and administrative employees is 40 people in total, and the census method was used for sampling. Data analysis was done using Spss22 and Smart PLS3 software and the results show that there is a significant relationship between job insecurity and job conflict and safety compliance.
