Investigating the factors affecting the intention to use the Snapfood mobile application (Case study: Mashhad users)
The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the continued use of Snapfood mobile application using technology acceptance model and waiting confirmation model. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study was Snapfood users in Mashhad, which was distributed by sampling method and based on the rule of 5 to 15 times the number of items 340 questionnaires. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire of Tom et al. (2018). For validity and reliability of the instrument, content validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used and in order to test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling with Smart PLS software was used. The results of testing the research hypotheses showed that all the factors in the technology acceptance model have a positive and significant effect on the continuity of application. In addition, the effect of approval and expected performance and satisfaction as well as the effect of approval on expected performance are significant. The significant effect between confirmation through expected performance and through satisfaction on users' continued use of the application was not confirmed. The expected performance also showed a positive and significant effect on users' continued use of the application through satisfaction.
