Determining the relationship between physical activities with quality of life and job performance in teachers
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between physical activities with quality of life and job performance in teachers of the first secondary level of Mamsani city. In terms of purpose, this research was applied, and in terms of its nature and method, it was descriptive of the correlation type and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this research was all the teachers of the first secondary level of Momsani city with a number of 303 people, of which 175 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and by cluster sampling method. (1390), Nasiri et al.'s quality of life (1385) and Petersen et al.'s job performance (2004). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between physical activities with the quality of life and job performance and their components in the subjects, and physical activities have the ability to significantly predict the quality of life and job performance of the subjects.
