The relationship between organizational culture and creative of managers and heads of sport bodies selection of Youth and Sports in Fars
The aim of this research was the relationship between organizational culture and creative of managers and heads of sport bodies selection of Youth and Sports in Fars. The research method was applied and descriptive and correlational.The research statistical population includes managers and heads of sport bodies selection of Youth and Sports in Fars and the number was 110 individuals. From 110 individuals, 86 individuals were chosen as the sample. Data collection was conducted by the use of standard questionnaires of organizational culture (Rabinz, 1991) and creative (Ransip, 1986) with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.78 and 0.80, respectively. Descriptive statistics were used for data description and Pearson correlation coefficient and Spirman correlation coefficient were used for inferential analysis. Results showed that of dimensions organizational culture only cohesion and support a significant positive relationship with creativity of examinees (P≤0.01, 0.51). Also, results showed that information technology had the ability to predict the examinees’ psychological empowerments (R square= 0.25,0.28). As a result, it is necessary to use of dimensions cohesion and support organizational culture in this sport organizations for more creativity.
