The relationship between adaptability and family cohesion and psychological capital with achievement motivation in girls students of talented schools
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between adaptability and family cohesion and psychological capital with achievement motivation in girls students of talented schools. This is a descriptive research about correlation. The statistical population of the research was gifted first and second high school girls students of Lahijan city in the academic year of 2020-2021 in the number of 276 people. From the schools, 145 students (were selected through simple random sampling method. The Hermans progress motivation, Lutans psychological capital and Olson adaptability and family cohesion questionnaires were used to collect data. The research hypotheses were analyzed by one correlation and regression. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between adaptability and family cohesion and psychological capital with achievement motivation in students of talented schools (P <0.05). Adaptability and family cohesion and psychological capital can predict the achievement motivation in students of talented schools (P <0.05). The results of this study highlight the role of adaptability and family cohesion and psychological capital in achievement motivation students of talented schools.
