The effectiveness of resilience training on job enthusiasm and internal motivation in cultured women
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of resilience training on job enthusiasm and internal motivation in cultured women.
The present study was a semi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this research was all the female cultural teachers of the elementary level in the 4th district of Tehran in the year 1401-1402 and the research sample included 30 subjects who were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental (15) and control (15 people) groups. 15 people) were placed. To collect information, Utrecht's job enthusiasm questionnaire and McCauley et al.'s intrinsic motivation questionnaire were used. For the statistical analysis of the data, multivariate covariance analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 26 software.
The results obtained from the analysis of covariance test indicated that the resilience training program has a significant effect on increasing the internal motivation and its components in the female cultural teachers of the primary level in the experimental group compared to the control group (p<0.01).
Another part of the research results showed that the resilience training program was effective in increasing the job enthusiasm of the female cultural teachers of the primary level. Therefore, it is suggested that these training methods be used in future studies.
