Artificial intelligence and providing an optimal model for TV broadcast management

Abstract:
Developments in various media fields, especially the rapid development of artificial intelligence, have put the management of television broadcasting in a challenging situation. The aim of the current research is to present the optimal management model of television broadcasting, relying on artificial intelligence, and it answers the question of how the new model of broadcasting management should be in response to new technological developments. The research method was conducted using the Delphi method and using the opinions of 20 experts (with a purposeful selection) and in two stages, and qualitative data was obtained from the experts' opinion (until theoretical saturation). In the first step, the method and components of the optimal management of television broadcasting, extraction and the initial model were proposed, and then the results extracted from the questionnaires were used in order to confirm the quantitative data of the results and confirm the final model. The findings of the research show that the dimensions of the optimal management model for television broadcasting include: intelligent setting of program data, resource management, use of production and archival program matching system, intelligent planning, forecasting, optimal allocation of resources, intelligent decision-making and intelligent evaluation; In this regard, artificial intelligence and machine learning adjusts the data by using monitoring algorithms, reinforcement learning and group refinement recommender system; In addition to this intelligent system, the selection of programs and the appropriateness of the adjacent program are identified and adjusted, and the arrangement of programs, the method of sequential placement of programs, and the strategies of sequence and sequence of programs are automatically managed. In intelligent evaluation, managers' experiences and explicit and implicit audience feedback are also used to intelligently modify the schedule.
