The relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational jealousy with anti-citizen behavior in the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars
and organizational envy with anti-citizen behavior in the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 114 employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars, of which 90 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample using the total number sampling method. The data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of Din et al.'s organizational pessimism (1998), Valizadeh and Azarbaijani's organizational envy (2009) and Rahmani's anti-citizenship behavior (2012). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational envy with anti-citizenship behavior and also organizational cynicism and organizational envy have the ability to significantly predict anti-citizenship behavior of subjects. (P ≤ 0.01).
