Pathology of TV educational programs (with a look at Iranian School Group and Filmo Madrasa)

Abstract:

Educational programming is one of the most important of television production, which was paid less attention until the Corona epidemic, and while there were successful examples of educational television programs produced and broadcast in the world, in Iran only education-oriented programs were broadcast from the Education Network. Now, the field of educational programming is an effective and important field that can play a significant role in education and educational justice with proper design and optimal use of programming elements.This research tries to extract the strengths and weaknesses of the two sets produced by "Iran Television School" and "Film School" with the method of case study and comparative study, and by comparing both sets of principles and rules for the production and distribution of films. Suggest suitable training for the needs of the audience. Therefore, the research findings include structural and content components. The structural components include the format and observable methods and the set of systematic relationships that govern the internal components of an event or phenomenon, which in this research includes 15 components, and the content components, which include 5 components in this research, are all factors and features related to the content of the event, which They can appear in different forms and structures and in combination with abilities and capitals. In the end, in addition to suggestions to increase the quality and effectiveness of an educational program, a table of important components in educational programming is also provided for use by programmers in designing the program.
