Abstract:
In the third millennium, entrepreneurship can be mentioned as one of the most important engines of growth and development; As far as one of the major economic factors is considered. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing and explaining the value-creating organization model in social security with the grounded theory approach. The method of the current research was applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of the grounded theory implementation method. The data collection tool in this research was also a semi-structured interview. The statistical population of the present study included the director of social security and the internal managers of the social security organization. The research sample was determined according to the theoretical saturation of data in qualitative research and the sample size was 15 people. Data analysis was also done manually using the method (open-centric-selective coding). The results of the research showed that the 6 categories considered in grounded theory in the current research included the following: Intervening conditions include: selection of employees based on interviews and tests, in-service training for employees and determining selection criteria for hiring employees; The main category includes: employee meritocracy, recognition and encouragement of entrepreneurs and in-service training; The strategies include: strategies for cultivating suggestions, cultivating new ideas, encouraging employees, welcoming employee projects, and customer orientation; Organizational consequences include: organizational excellence and stability, improvement of service quality, client satisfaction, elimination of parallel work, reduction of organization costs, trust in organizational policy, organizational problem solving,
