The Status of Personality in Organizational Behavior based on the thought of Ayatollah Misbah Yazdi

Organizational behavior has been considered by management science researchers due to its special importance in the productivity and performance of organizations. Personality and its determinants as one of the most important influencing elements in organizational behavior is considered one of the most attractive interdisciplinary topics of management and psychology. Considering the impact of inter-thinking and the way of looking at human beings on the study and analysis of personality, this research has investigated the position of personality in organizational behavior based on the thought of Ayatollah Misbah Yazdi. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical. The data has been collected by referring to his works. The findings of the research indicate that one's personality has three structural dimensions: "insight", "tendency" and "ability" and is in the central core of his ego pyramid and is affected by his behavior and the reason for repeating some of his behaviors, although it is relatively stable. But due to the presence of the "freewill" element, it is dynamic and changeable. The determinants of personality are two categories of internal factors (including insights, tendencies and abilities of the individual) and external factors (including human factors, natural factors and supernatural factors). External factors play a secondary role and are affected by the feedback loop of human behavior.
