This article features the treatise Faskh al-Ba’i, written by Lotfullah Maissi Aameli Esfahani, an 11th-century scholar from Isfahan (d. 1032 AH), in Arabic. The author begins with Maissi Aameli’s biography, discussing Sheikh Baha’i’s authorization granted to him in 1020 AH and the views of scholars from the 12th to the 14th century regarding his work.
