Abstract:

An organization is a social system in which people interact to achieve common goals. We see an acceleration of change in global wide value systems adapting to new attitudes and goals and situations that lead to rapidly changing societies. For survival and development, an organization must first know how to anticipate opportunities and turn them into capital and reduce or eliminate harm. Second, the organization must prove its effective management ability and carry out the change process through a detailed review of its past and present, which are the main assumptions that change management is based on. The research and practice of change management models have been summarized as a basis for understanding change processes and mechanisms at the individual level and at the organizational level .Organizations face different types of changes throughout their life. In the current situation where organizations are often affected by environmental changes, we are talking about a special type of change called strategic change in order to provide the necessary platform for harmony and coordination with environmental expectations. In such a situation, organizations should have the necessary preparation to adequately respond to changes and accept and coordinate them (Moshtamer and Razi, 2019). Therefore, rather than needing a per-determined or prescriptive formula to apply change, they should develop a positive atmosphere around the importance of change and create a common perception about it among the members, the context and platform for quick response and response in order to achieve Facilitate success in organizational change.
