Knowledge tree of training management of armed forces organizations with a level-oriented approach
The importance of specialization and its effect on increasing productivity and efficiency in the implementation of organizations is obvious. In order to achieve specialization, it is necessary to identify the required specializations with a work area and determine their relationship with each other. Therefore, this study draws the knowledge tree of education management in the educational organizations of the armed forces with a level-oriented approach.
This research is of applied-developmental type. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data was taken from the content of domestic and foreign articles, and for this purpose, the content of 75 domestic and foreign article titles were analyzed to draw the knowledge tree of education management in educational organizations using the theme analysis method. During the research, for data analysis, Max Kyoda software 2020 edition was used.
The educational management tree of the armed forces has been drawn in 3 strategic, tactical and operational levels. The strategic part in the second level includes 7 specialized areas, which include 56 knowledge nodes in the third level. The operational department in the second level includes 8 specialized areas and these 8 specialized areas include 86 knowledge nodes in the third level. At the end, the operational department at the second level includes 9 specialized areas, and these specialized areas are divided into 97 knowledge nodes at the third level; Therefore, the knowledge tree drawn at level 1 includes 3 areas, level 2 includes 24 areas, and the third level, the lowest level, includes 149 areas of knowledge.
Drawing the knowledge tree of the training management of armed forces organizations, in addition to making it possible to recognize all the specialized fields in training management, provides a suitable guide for analyzing the knowledge status of organizations in the analysis of existing and required knowledge issues of educational organizations. Facilitates the management, monitoring and categorization of knowledge assets block of education management, prepares the requirements of education management, observes continuity and order and sequence between educational subjects at organizational levels.
