The Family Resilience Model based on the Level of SelfDifferentiation and the Health of the Main Family with the Role of Emotion Regulation Mediator
Resilience is one of the human abilities that allowstolerance and adaptation to life's crises and overcoming them. Thepresent study was conducted with the aim of developing a familyresilience model based on the level of self-differentiation and thehealth of the main family with the role of emotion regulation as amediator.
The statistical population consists of allcouples who referred to Kermanshah counseling centers in 1400.The sample was 400 people and available sampling method wasused. SPSS-25 software and AMOS software were used to analyzethe data obtained from Sikbi family resilience, self-differentiation,emotion regulation and family health questionnaires.
The results showed that there is a relationship betweenself-differentiation and family health with parental resilience withthe mediation of emotional regulation.
According to the findings, it can be concluded thatdifferentiation of self and family health through emotionalregulation is effective on family resilience. Therefore, by managingemotional regulation, their effect on family resilience can beregulated.
