Solutions to Combat Economic Crimes from the Point of View of Islamic Jurisprudence in Order to Have a Healthy Society

Publicizing economic criminals in the current era isthe best punishment for economic disruptors and can beeffective in reducing such crimes, which this article hasexamined from a jurisprudential perspective with adescriptive-analytical approach and library method.

Considering the importance of thistopic, this research was conducted using Islamic sources,jurisprudence and law books in a descriptive-analytical way.

Defamation is one of the types of Ta'ziripunishments, which according to the Qatabah of jurists is themain punishment for the crime of forced martyrdom, andaccording to famous jurists, it is also applied to Qadzf, Qawad,swindlers and bankrupts. There are differences of opinionamong the jurists about the philosophy, cases and quality ofthe implementation of tashir.

The sentence of defamation for economicdisruptors is a punishment that most Islamic jurists consider tobe the best punishment for economic criminals in the currentsituation, using verses and traditions, both in Imami and Sunnijurisprudence, with the aim of deterring and preventing therepetition of crimes. It is economic and all jurists agree on thisissue.
