Designing the Excellence Model of Human Resources (Teachers) of the Primary Course in Education
The purpose of this thesis was to design the model ofexcellence of human resources (teachers) in primary education.
This research is of the type of appliedpurpose and the type of data is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). Theparticipants in this research are 15 people who are experts in thefield of education in Alborz province, who were selected using atargeted and snowball method. The data were collected in thequalitative section with the help of semi-structured interviews andanalyzed using the Q method. In the quantitative part, exploratoryfactor analysis and SPSS software were used.
According to the results of the extracted model, there are77 indicators, 19 components and 5 factors for the improvement ofhuman resources (primary teachers) in education. Factors includingorganizational factor (5 components), professional competencefactor (4 components), teacher's individual characteristics factor (4components), school condition factor (3 components) andcommunity factor (3 components) were identified. The factors,components and indicators obtained from the human resourcesexcellence model can be the basis for the quality improvement ofteachers and the development and growth of education.
Human power is the most important resource in anyorganization. If they have enough motivation, they will use theirtalents and skills to serve the organization and move its wheels.
