This study was conducted with the aim of entrepreneurship in the absentee services of the Social Security Organization. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and review in terms of nature. The statistical population included all articles and researches related to in-person services. With creative management and the use of entrepreneurial ideas, the Social Security Organization can enable employees to share their experiences of organizational issues that require new and innovative solutions and help the organization learn. Entrepreneurial services are recognized as an important factor in empowering companies to understand the value of customer service and maintain a competitive advantage in a highly complex and rapidly changing environment. Entrepreneurial actions are a key factor in the success of organizations in the field of competition and the main source of competitive advantage. However, by increasing the opportunities offered by technology and artificial intelligence, digital assistants can create desirable results in social security customers with new services.
