Abstract:
This study first describes knowledge management and then considers the importance of its importance in Iranian organizations. Although knowledge management has gained a lot of popularity in recent years, especially in the field of education and business, but there are still ambiguities regarding the most desirable ways to use it. This article seeks to review and present the most effective strategies for familiarizing employees with the concept of knowledge management so that it can be used in the best way in various institutions. The process of familiarizing members with the concept of knowledge management should be implemented in all stages of institutionalizing this concept in the organization and it is suggested that the steps of institutionalizing the concept of knowledge management be done by organizational leaders who have more knowledge and influence to change perceptions and behaviors.
