Strategies to Coping with Organizational Syndromes in Iran's Schools from the Perspective of Education Professionals
Organizational syndromes play an important role in decline the performance and effectiveness of organizations. As a result, the present study was conducted with the aim of identify the strategies of coping with organizational syndromes in Iran's schools from the perspective of education professionals.
This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The research population was education specialists of Isfahan and Yasuj cities in the academic years of 2019-2020. The sample size according to the principle of theoretical saturation was estimated 10 people who were selected by purposive and snowball sampling methods. Data were collected by individually semi-structured interview and analyzed by coding method in MAXQDA-18 software.
The findings of the present research showed that for each of the ten organizational syndromes of caution, disturbed emotions, structural alienation, discrimination and politicking, organizational terrorism, structural mastery, narcissism, lack of communication, pressure and group thinking, a number were identified strategies in different categories.
To reducing the negative consequences of ten organizational syndromes can be done by improving different categories and indicators for each of them.
