Studying the Factors Affecting the Gender Selection of Women's Dehyar in Sistan Region: Challenges and Performance

One of the key points in analyzing rural development issues is the management of these societies. Management of rural areas is one of the most important components of sustainable rural development. One of the necessary conditions for achieving sustainable rural development is women's participation in public affairs and rural management, rural management (councils and assistants) for women, despite the imposition of male, has been a unique experience in modern rural management in Iran; Because in this context, women have performed significantly by referring to feminine moods. The purpose of the present study is to influence the factors, challenge and performance on the gender selection of female villagers in the villages of Sistan. This study is a descriptive-analytical study in which the documentary and survey method is used to collect the required data needed at the village level. The statistical population of the study consists of supervisors of households in the study, which was calculated by 367 samples to complete the research questionnaires, given the number of households in the study and use of Cochran formula. Descriptive and inferential statistics (single -sample and Friedman T -test) are used for data analysis (SPSS and WASPAS. The results show that people's confidence in women's capabilities and capabilities is more important, and there is a significant difference between men and women's attitudes to female villagers' performance (2.89). The position of men and women's attitude towards female village performance is less than average. In general, it can be said that the gender selection of female villagers in the study area has been influenced by various factors. However, their choice has also been challenged that has also affected their performance.
