The victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran under the leadership of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the capture of America's espionage 9 months later, terrified the leaders of the White House and prompted the American Embassy to use several methods to preserve the country's influence and power on the one hand, and on the other hand to weaken the Islamic system and in finally release their hostages. Considering the importance of capturing the spy den, this research aims to answer the question: What were the reactions of the United States government to the capture of the spy den? And what effect did it have on the process of the Islamic revolution during the years 1358- 1359? In this article, an attempt has been made to answer the questions by using the interpretation method and referring to library sources and other related documents. Hanshan's findings show that after capturing the espionage nest, the US government has tried to solve the problem first by using diplomatic levers and then different reactions such as economic sanctions on Iran, political isolation, military attack in the Tabas incident and the Niqab (Nojeh) coup. designed and implemented. All in all, these reactions did not create any disturbance in the determination and will of the American people and revolutionary leaders against the American imperialism system and could not have a negative impact on the growing movement of the Islamic revolution.
