Cultural policy-making model of society's belief in high value concepts with emphasizing on the Study of the Word of Revelation in the Holy Quran

Revelation, as one of the specific sources of religious knowledge, has a special place in Quranic literature and adopting a correct model to make people believe in this word can be considered as one of God's wonderful actions. This word and its derivatives are used more than 70 times in the Holy Quran. By examining the revelation process of the verses containing the word revelation and the connection of related concepts, it is possible to reach the model that God has in mind for the society to believe in the revelation and its sanctity. Achieving such a model can be considered as a basis for designing a suitable model for making a desirable cultural policy in the direction of making the society believe in high value concepts. In this article, by using the methodology of reductive interpretation on one hand and the methodology of foundation data on the other hand, the verses containing the word revelation and its derivatives are analyzed and after going through the stages of thematic analysis, the methodological impression The researcher has abstracted from the model considered by the Almighty God in the implementation of the word revelation in the society and the desired model. Based on the results of the research, the considered model consists of three dimensions and each dimension also contains a set of components. "religious and socio-cultural" dimension; including components such as: explaining what the concept is and where it comes from for the audience and continuously explaining the characteristics of the concept, the "management and executive" dimension; including the components of: choosing a worthy messenger and expressing his characteristics to the audience, continuous strengthening and support for the messenger, and serious and continuous monitoring of the messenger, and the "political-security" dimension; Including the components: planning to deal with the opponents of the concept and public announcement and continuous attention to the cunning of the opponents of the concept.
