The components of empowering the officers of the J.A. police command in crime detection with a qualitative approach

Officers play an effective role in the process of criminal investigation and trial. The officers are divided into different categories, the most and most effective of which are engaged in the police command of J.A. with multiple missions and responsibilities. The purpose of this research is to identify the components of empowering officers in the process of criminal investigation.

in terms of practical purpose and in terms of the nature of the data, it is qualitative and exploratory, which was carried out by content analysis method. The data was collected in the form of documents and semi-structured interviews. The interviewees are employees and managers with at least ten years of experience in law enforcement and criminal investiand 11 of them were interviewed in a targeted manner until theoretical saturation was reached. For the validity of the instrument, the opinions of expert professors were used, and a number of sub-questions were also asked next to each question to understand the experiences of the participants in the design interview, and help was taken

By performing coding among the initial 289 microcategories (indices), 120 indicators were identified in the second stage (axial coding) after elimination and integration.
