Abstract:

Today, organizations live in completely open systems, the activity and life of the systems depends on providing the services of the organizations to the customers. Just as the organizations are responsible for providing the welfare and security of people, they also consider their lives to be dependent on raising the quality level and updating the services to them. . Service-oriented government organizations were created to provide services to the people and are required to respond to the opinions of the target community and respond to their needs. Among the government organizations, the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran is an organization with a wide range of tasks and multiple goals. One of the most fundamental of these goals is to provide public security at the community level; But the issue of providing security is not limited only to the presence of peace and the absence of armed conflict and street violence.Among the government organizations, the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran is an organization with a wide range of tasks and multiple goals. One of the most fundamental of these goals is to provide public security at the community level; However, the issue of providing security is not only limited to the presence of peace and the absence of armed conflict and street violence, but security is one of the basic issues of service quality management, especially smart police services, because extensive smart police management at the macro level requires planning and using electronic tools and services. and smart to increase efficiency in the law enforcement and management services sector.Thus, the existing models were examined with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method. And then, relying on the three main themes, and by achieving an acceptable typology and also analyzing the "dimensions and indicators of police intelligence services", "internal and external empowerment of intelligent police services" and "stages of service evaluation management", the desired model Management of intelligent services of the police force was achieved. Such a model should be developed according to the current requirements of the police force.
