Feasibility of parliamentarization in Iran's legal system and its effects on public order
Different nations based on political, social and cultural conditions, the goals and ideologies governing the society accepted and implemented a certain type of separation of powers, and through this, different political regimes were formed. It is a research that has been done so far in the field of parliamentarization. The analysis of these isolated and scattered studies can be a way to combine and integrate its information and data for research and research use. Also, this research can be a guide for future research in this field.
Our method in compiling and compiling this research is a descriptive analytical study and by using books, documents, articles and legal documents related to the parliamentary review, which in the use of sources, first the relevant materials are carefully examined and studied the facts and what It can be used and reflected in this context, and then it is analyzed and finally presented.
Parliamentary regime is the result of relative separation and cooperation of powers, and nowadays many believe that countries around the world tend towards parliamentary governments. In a parliamentary regime, there is cooperation between the three powers, especially between the legislature and the executive. The executive branch in a parliamentary regime consists of two distinct parts: the head of state and the cabinet of ministers, who are politically responsible to the parliament.
