Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between strategic planning of human resources and financial performance of private companies. This research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes 283 human resources experts of private companies in Tehran. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size is equal to 164 people. The method used for sampling is simple random method. The research data was collected through a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the professors and the reliability of the instrument was confirmed by measuring Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics method was used first, and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to test the hypotheses The findings of the research confirmed all the hypotheses and indicate that the dimensions of strategic planning of human resources including structural prerequisites, human prerequisites, cultural prerequisites and technological prerequisites have a positive and direct effect on the financial performance of private companies.
