Analysis and identification of geotourism capacities and geomorphic sites of Khoy city

Geotourism is a form of tourism that causes the geographical growth and stability of the region, its environment, culture, historical and aesthetic heritage, and also improves the lives of the residents of that region. The purpose of this research is to analyze the geotourism potentials and geomorphological destinations of Khoi city using the Paulova and dynamic model. The dynamic model is estimated by the indicators of scientific value and surplus values of that geotourist place. In this competitiveness model, geotourism destinations and potentials are identified and competitiveness factors are determined. Based on Paulova's model, the results show that Khoi geotourism area with the highest score in the positive factors promoting the competitiveness of geotourist destinations includes natural wealth with a score of (8.5) and the highest value among the negative items of competitiveness is deficit. The budget and lack of skilled specialists with a score of (5) creates the most negative impact on attracting tourists in the region. Also, according to the results of the dynamic model, according to the examination of scientific and surplus values, according to the opinion of experts and tourists, the results showed The highest score in terms of the scientific value of diversity in geomorphological forms has a score of 4.23 among the experts, and among the experts, the highest score with a total score of 14.4 among the experts was calculated as the indicator of the possibility of organizing for some special cultural events. Therefore, it can be concluded that by evaluating and identifying the geotourism potentials and developing capabilities, it will lead to the development of the geotourism area of Khoy and attract tourists. Finally, it is suggested to use newer software such as artificial intelligence in future studies for a better investigation.
