Abstract:
The unique personality of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his irreplaceable influence on the emergence of a powerful Islamic civilization has long attracted the attention of Christianity and Western scholars. The Church Fathers from the very beginning have denied the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and his heavenly teachings for many reasons, and during the Middle Ages many attempts were made to overthrow his image in the West. With the passage of time and the developments that took place in Europe following the Age of Enlightenment, more or less the truth of his existence came out of the clouds like a sun and more scientific and realistic works were compiled about the Prophet's biography. Orientalist studies on the life of Muhammad (pbuh) have been conducted in different periods with different approaches, but only a small number of Western writings have been able to depict his comprehensive personality as a spiritual leader as well as the political and social Muqtada of Muslims.
