The role of job stagnation on the intention to leave a job in hotels in Ardabil province
Today’s employees think and worry about their work life more than in the past, they want a secure, long-term and satisfying job and they want to grow and develop in their job. Therefore, it becomes more necessary to pay attention to job stagnation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of job stagnation on the intention to leave a job in hotels in Ardabil province. The statistical population of the research is all the employees and experts in the hotels of Ardabil province, numbering 1000 people. The sample size was 278 people who were selected randomly using Morgan’s table. In order to measure the variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The diagnostic, convergent and divergent validity of the questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire were also evaluated with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data analysis has been done using lisrel software with structural equation tests. The results of data analysis showed that job stagnation has an intention to leave the job in the hotels of Ardabil province.
