A comparative study of land weapons of regional and extra-regional armies in the future land war (Case study: USA, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey and the Zionist regime)

The basic principle of war is based on protection, mobility and firepower. The current scenario of comprehensive and multidisciplinary threats has made the reduction of response time and the intelligence of weapons inevitable for the survival of the system and victory in the war. Much effort and capital has been directed towards the development of new technologies to improve the performance of weapon systems in terms of accuracy, stability, range, lethality and portability. the purpose this research is to investigate and compare of ground weapons of extra-regional countries such as America and Russia, regional countries; Türkiye, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime. In order to conduct this research, the content analysis method has been used. After specifying the research area and keywords for searching from reliable information sources, Latin databases that used. Considering the future wars and the development of ground weapons, the defense vision documents of the selected countries, articles, military-defense-security regulations, their strategies and doctrines were considered. The findings of the research show that 13 factors have been emphasized as indicators of the capability of ground weapons in the future war. The results of the research show that the weapons of the United States have more capabilities than the weapons of other selected countries, including Russia. Also, the weapons of the Zionist regime have more capabilities than those of Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Saudi Arabia's weapons have more capabilities than Pakistan's due to relying on weapons purchases from extra-regional countries, including the United States.
