Explanation of the competency model of Shahid Chamran in six educational fields

Abstract:

The present research was conducted with the aim of examining the pattern of competencies and capabilities of Shahid Chamran in six educational dimensions. In terms of objective, applicability, and data collection, a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method were utilized. validate the research and ensure its reliability, the model and strategy of the fundamental transformation document components and examples of the sixfold dimensions of education in the Holy Quran were used.The research findings indicate the characteristics of Shahid Chamran in the religious, worship, and ethical dimensions: self-awareness, belief in monotheism, belief in Imamate, belief in the afterlife, and the aspiration for martyrdom, obedience to God and the Prophet and Imams, recognizing God in all aspects of life, abstaining from attachment to the material world. In the social and political dimensions: appropriate communication with others, respect and love for others, people-orientedness, reforming conditions and abnormal habits, living a simple life away from formalities. In the biological and physical dimensions: importance of sports, attention to physical health, and gratitude for divine blessings. In the cognitive and artistic dimensions: providing suitable grounds for fostering creativity and innovation, respecting others, as well as ability to produce artistic works. In the economic and professional dimensions: acquiring various professional skills, commitment to professional ethics, applying entrepreneurial skills in practice, educating future generations and their growth and excellence. In the scientific and technological dimensions: achieving growth and competence in acquiring knowledge, acquiring knowledge enhancement skills, readiness for creativity and innovation, integration and harmony of science and religion.
