The mediating role of international communication in the relationship between human resources and management approach with change management (case study: Ministry of Sports and Youth)
The purpose of the current research was to determine the mediating role of international communication in the relationship between human resources and management approach with change management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
384 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth were selected in an available manner and completed the researcher-made questionnaires of international communication, human resources, management approach and change management. The data were analyzed with the help of correlation test, regression analysis and structural equations.
The results showed that there is a positive relationship between human resources and change management, between management approach and change management, between international communication and change management, and also between human resources and management approach with change management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Also, the results showed that international communication plays a mediating role in the relationship between human resources and management approach with change management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth
it was suggested that in order to improve change management processes in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, work on improving human resources, managerial approach and international communication.
