The role of Human Resource Stategic Management in Achieing Organizational Excellence (Case Study: Telecommunication Contractor Company)
Organizational excellence models and human resources in countries around the world, as a framework for evaluating the performance and measuring the success of organizations in the establishment of new management devices and total quality management, have found increasing applications. To investigate the role and position of human resources strategy in achieving organizational excellence, a descriptive correlation has been conducted between the managers and experts of the telecommunications contractor company, because so far no comprehensive research has been conducted in this regard. The main research question is whether the human resources strategy has an impact on the organization to achieve organizational excellence? The measurement tool was held 7 brainstorming sessions with specialists and professors in the field of human resource management and distributing questionnaires among managers and human resources specialists of the company under study. SPSS22 software was used to describe the variables and according to the nature of the variables, the relationship between dependent and independent variables of inferential statistics has been used. Due to the desire of researchers and the scientific community to know the relationships between dependent and independent variables, Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression have been used as analysis tools to determine the relationship between organizational excellence and human resource strategy. Also to check the accuracy of the conceptual model of this research and its generalizability to the real world and the entire statistical community of companies that use such models; The analytical method of structural equations with Amos software has been used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational excellence and human resource strategy and human resource strategy as a strategy can have a positive effect on organizational excellence. So that the significant level of the correlation coefficient between organizational excellence and human resource strategy variables was equal to 0.0, which is less than 0.05, therefore, the null hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between organizational excellence variables and human resource strategy is rejected. And the alternative hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between organizational excellence variables and human resource strategy was accepted. Finally, the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of organizational excellence and human resources strategy is equal to 0.502, which indicates an acceptable relationship between these two variables. Human resource managers and experts can prioritize the strategic human resource plans of the organization and effectively according to the role of human resource strategy in achieving organizational excellence and identifying the main components of organizational excellence relationship and human resource strategy.
