Output Analysis of the Weakness of Belief in Legislative Sovereignty in the Cultural Approach of the Caliphate School

This study was organized with the aim of showing the role of weak belief in legislative sovereignty in the cultural field. This article is "descriptive-analytical" and "developmental-applicative" in terms of the achievement or result of the research, "exploratory" in terms of the purpose of the research, and "qualitative" in terms of the type of data used. Also, the method of this research is "logical" due to the use of a theoretical framework. Therefore, it has used the "deductive" strategy in studying, categorizing reports and analyzing history. Thus, with the "historical-theological" and "social psychology" approaches, it is suitable for choosing a theoretical framework and has benefited from the interaction of two homogeneous sciences (theology and psychology) with historical research. The results of the analysis and combination of the collected data show that "the centrality of material values in cultural norming", "the continuation of ignorant social behaviors", "the lack of authority of the Quran and the prophetic tradition in cultural activism" and "the recognition of countercultures in society" are among the important cases in the weakness of belief in legislative sovereignty in the cultural approach of the caliphs.
