Investigating the effect of creative performance on organizational learning with the moderating role of knowledge management (case study of Tehran University employees)
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of creative performance on organizational learning with the role of knowledge management moderator, the statistical population of this research is all employees of the University of Tehran, the sample size was obtained using the Cochran formula equal to 122 people, and the questionnaire of creative performance, learning organization and knowledge management were randomly distributed among the sample size, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the validity was confirmed by the opinion of the professors, the results of the research showed that the creative teacher had an effect on the learning of the organization with a correlation coefficient of 0.90, as well as the effect Its three sub-components, i.e. production, promotion and realization of ideas on organizational learning are positive and meaningful. The effect coefficient of the three components of idea generation, idea promotion and idea realization was equal to 0.79, 0.84 and 0.87. Also, the variable of knowledge management has a significant effect on organizational learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.89. According to the results obtained from the structural equations, creative performance with the moderating role of knowledge management has an effect on organizational learning, which is 0.90. .
