Authoritarian leadership and organizational indifference of employees: explaining the mediating role of bureaucratic culture

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of authoritarian leadership on the organizational indifference of employees with the mediating role of bureaucratic culture in Lorestan University. The current research is applied in terms of its purpose, which is included in descriptive survey research. The statistical population of the study was 360 employees of Lorestan Universit, based on Krejcie & Morgan's table, a sample of 186 people was selected by stratified random sampling. In order to measure the variables of the research, Standard questionnaires have been used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistical methods have been used and to analyze the research data, structural equation modeling and pls software have been used. The results of the research showed that authoritarian leadership through bureaucratic culture has a positive and significant effect on the organizational indifference of employees in Lorestan University.
