Examining the Effects of Social Networks and Social Behavior on Electronic Businesses(Based On the Experiences Gained During the Covid-19 Epidemic)
The current applied research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of social networks and social behavior on electronic businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. E-business was considered in two dimensions: the use of e-business systems and the development of e-business systems. Research is of applied type. researcher-made questionnaire derived from standard questionnaires was prepared and compiled as a research tool. The statistical population studied included all e-business managers on instagram.Eighty managers participated through the snowball methodin. The data were analyzed with the statistical package of social sciences. At a significance level of 0.05, the findings indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic social networks and social behavior have a positive relationship with e-business. Also, social networks have a positive relationship with the developing and using of business systems. However, no such effect was seen in the relationship between social behavior and the developing and using of electronic business systems.
