Abstract:
Bahram Beyzaei is an artist (author) who has some manifestation of Iranian mysticism in some of his work. However, it seems that mysticism in his works is a manifestation of Iranian imagination and Politics is the main content them. Iranian philosophers have different approaches to mysticism. They have three aspects: 1. Negation of the connection between mysticism and politics 2. The positive influence of mysticism on politics according to the views of the modern world 3. the link between Islamic mysticism and political ideas, which shows the relationship between mysticism and politics. The artistic manifestation of politics through mystical imagination is quite complicated considering the contradictory nature of these two issues; but Bahram Beyzaei has depicted his own mystic in the political individual representation. In this research, we have tried to use the method of content analysis, relying on the study of library and documents and the application of theoretical frameworks in Iranian-Islamic mysticism especially Mulla Sadra's Four Journeys and Wittfogel's approach to Oriental Despotism, analyze the text of the script "The Fateful Day" as a case study. The results of the research show that Bahram Beyzaei has shown the behavior of a mystic in this dramatic work by using mysticism and myth in connection with the watershed economy of the East. And the character of Aref in this work has a dominant political aspect. Also, the four Journeys of Shibli and passing through mystical seven labours are actually a tool for political awareness and enlightenment in the society.
