Abstract:
Background and Objective
One of the new concepts for creating transformation in organizations is to make them intelligent, and for this purpose, the formation of intelligent police has received a lot of attention in the last decade in the macro-planning of the country's law enforcement agency and even at the national level. has attracted It is very important and effective to have a clear and big picture of police intelligence (theorized) in the form of a conceptual model, in order to increase common understanding and understanding about intelligent police.Method
In terms of purpose, the present writing is developmental, and in terms of nature and data collection, it is qualitative and descriptive, and it has two statistical communities, documentary and expert. The data collection tool is a semi-structured questionnaire, which includes 20 people from the National Center for Cyberspace, university professors and related organizations, with a statistical population including top managers of the police and other armed forces, organizational experts and scientific elites familiar with the subject. And it has been on the condition of theoretical saturation. The results have been presented in a group panel and validated by forming a focus group.Findings
According to the theoretical and experimental origins of technology, smart police, important and key dimensions, components and layers, basic technology intelligence factors, smart police operations were determined.Results
Based on the results of this research, the intelligence of basic police technology includes the infrastructure of information and communication technology, the generator and the core of intelligence production, which within the framework of a process, titled "Smart Police Operations and Services", operational and service intelligence in internal dimensions ( It includes command and management, systems and processes, human capital, legal, monitoring and protection, training, technology and the like) and the external dimensions of the police (administrative, cyber, information, security, social, border and the like).Keywords:
