Techniques for fostering cultural security in the Holy Quran, with a focus on the Supreme Leader's ideas
A country's culture shapes its identity, and cultural security, a critical element of national security, can effectively counteract political and strategic biases, which, based on current data, are the most common enemy attacks in this domain. According to the Supreme Leader, following the example of the Holy Quran in all areas ensures an improvement in the cultural security of society, and with careful and scientific study, implementation solutions to raise this level can be extracted. This research aims to "explain the ways to improve cultural security in the light of the Holy Quran with an emphasis on the thoughts of the Supreme Leader." To achieve this goal, the study extracted 10 main concepts, 42 core codes, and 740 primary codes from the supplementary examination of His Holiness' statements in the Quranic domain from 1368 to the present. This research conducted to use a qualitative method that involved content analysis, coding using MaxQuda software, and an applied analysis of the Supreme Leader's statements. The research's statistical population consists of 120 university and field professors. It used SPSS and MaxQuda software to analyze the data. Based on the research findings, the most important factors for improving the level of cultural security in society in light of the Holy Quran include: the Quranic lifestyle, mastery of the sciences and techniques of Quran recitation, religious teachings, attention to the spirituality of the Quran, continuous recitation of the Quran, recitation with attention to meanings, general education, devotional teachings, and Quranic music.
