The Study of best method in preventing addiction in Governmental Organizations of Urmia City
Drug addiction is a phenomenon with more hidden layers and more dimensions than addiction. Statistics show that the rate of staffing and staffing of government agencies involved with the issue of addiction is on the rise. In recent years, this has involved many institutions and organizations and faces challenges for the people and the authorities. The aim of the study was to investigate the most effective method of prevention of addiction among employees of government agencies Urmia city. The present study is descriptive-survey based on applied research method. The statistical population of this research includes all experts of governmental apparatus in Urmia city and is part of the Committee on Prevention of Addiction. In this research, 232 people were recruited by using a stratified sampling method and then completed the standard questionnaire of research with a coefficient of 0.907. The findings show that all effective factors on the prevention of drug addiction and drug offenses in government agencies (media, law enforcement, laws, notification methods, individual education) are effective in preventing addiction. The results showed that the most effect was on the use of informing methods and the least impact on the rules in preventing the addiction of employees.
