The role of the media in the development of Solidarity rights in the face of Islamophobia
A form of generational division of human rights consists of three generations. The first generation is negative rights, the second generation is positive rights, and the third generation is human rights (rights of solidarity), which some call collective rights. Of course, some people believe that the collective cannot be the owner of rights. With the criticisms that have come from the third generation, some people do not consider it a law, but a set of morals or universal values, and others consider it necessary and necessary due to the shortcomings of the first and second generations. Analyzing and analyzing the role of the media in highlighting divergent interactions as well as historical tensions between the two civilizations of the West and Islam, the violent treatment of Muslim beliefs, values, rituals and rulings, the attribution of terrorist acts by some extremist groups that are known to be religious. Islam, encouraging non-Islamic governments to adopt harsh and unjust policies against Islamic groups and societies, as well as creating fear and hatred of anything that has an Islamic color, has practically weakened the special rights of solidarity. The method of this research has been used in the collection of information, from the library and documentary method, and in the analysis of the themes used, the descriptive, explanatory and interpretive method has been used.
