Population youth and economic development

Such a demographic change will have many effects on the economy, the labor market. Contemplation and reflection on the current challenging situation of the world and the region confirms the undeniable fact that the Islamic Republic of Iran must take appropriate measures in order to gain superior power in the region of South-West Asia.

Research data has been collected using free and semi-structured interviews with 19 senior managers and professors in the field of economics. Data analysis was done using the thematic method based on 3-step coding using N VIVO software.
