The Relationship Between Agile Manufacturing With Financial Performance And Operational Performance Of Production Companies (Case Study: In Automotive Parts Companies In Semnan Province)

The Main Objective Of This Study Is To Evaluate The Usefulness Of Agile Manufacturing Systems On Operational And Financial Performance In Automotive Parts Companies In Semnan. It's Probable, Jit Production And Jit Purchasing Strategies Are Factors That Improves Agile Manufacturing System, Therefore, These Two Variables Were Considered In The Research Model. Some Of The Data From This Study, Such As Financial Ratios, Were Extracted From The Financial Statements Of Companies And Some Of The Data Were Collected Through A Questionnaire Method. Because Of The Complexity Of The Model To Data Analysis, Partial Least Squares Method Was Used By Using Smart Pls Software. The Results Showed A Significant Positive Effect Between Jit Purchasing Strategies And Agile Manufacturing System But Jit Production Has No Significant Effect On Agile Manufacturing System. By The Way, Results Indicate Agile Manufacturing Has A Significant And Direct Effect On The Financial Performance And Operational Performance Of Firms Studied.
