A Review of the span of Trading Intention in the Figh Imamieh

One of the major elements of realizing any trade, is the intention of its creators. This intention may appear in the form of words or deeds, and sometimes does not reveal itself. Some religious experts believe that the only criterion for discriminating the trade intention is what which is stated by the traders; whereas, some others focus on the trader's intention even if it is not revealed.In this study, it is attempted to analyze these two views and their consequences.The results showed that the only criterion for judgment in trading is the intention of the dealers even if it hasnt been revealed. But approving a trade which manifests only the words and deeds of the dealer without any intention would not be satisfactory and acceptable.
