The Study of Puberty Age from the Jurisprudence Viewpoints

The phenomena of puberty has a great role in the Islamic jurisprudence. There are a lot of criticism in the international gatherings concerning the age of puberty, specially in girls. It seems that puberty in Quran is the same as sexual puberty.In this essay, with the help of strong reasons, the author proves that the age can not be considered as a religious criteria. Specifying the age of nine in girls is for showing the minimum time of possibility. Other ages are mentioned to show that puberty can occur in those ages.
